You wake up in the morning with zero energy. Your only wish is to stay home, but despite this, you push yourself, or have more free time, fight off laziness, put on your clothes, and prepare to go to work or school. Why? Because you have no other choice. It’s the only way to survive in this world—the only weapon you have to face the battle of life.

You build your day on that negative energy, go through the motions at work or school, and all you can think about is returning home. All you want is for time to pass so you can return to your space. You stay in this state all day—distracted, scattered, as minutes feel like hours. Yet, you continue, resisting your desires. When your shift ends, you return home, only to feel purposeless, with no goal. You sense your existence holds no meaning in this world.

As these thoughts take over, you reach for your phone, scrolling through social media to escape and change your mood. You keep scrolling until sleep overtakes you, but deep down, you’re left with piles of regret and pain. This cycle repeats day after day… day after day.

How long will this go on? How long will you live like this? Isn’t it time to change? Aren’t you tired of this situation? Were we created just to be stuck in a loop?

You must understand that humans were not created to spend all their time at work. This drains their energy, leading to the inability to engage in other life activities. Eventually, this could result in isolation and loneliness, which is harmful. We, as humans, are naturally social beings.

So, if you have even a minute of free time in your life, use it to reflect, to find yourself, and to discover your interests. Develop a hobby and build your happiness upon it. Dedicate at least an hour of your day to make yourself happy—learn a skill, pursue a hobby, participate in activities, enroll in classes and learn. Humans are naturally productive beings who need continuous growth and development.

If you have hobbies and invest your free time in them, you can be sure that you will improve and maintain your mental health, enhance your social and emotional intelligence, and open up new horizons to foster creative thinking. This will significantly boost your productivity at work or school, and you’ll overcome life’s pressures entirely. In doing so, you’ll equip yourself with a powerful weapon to face the battles of life.

So, don’t give up. Keep fighting—you’ve got this!
